The questions that follow are designed to surface patterns in how you currently lead, and the report you receive on completion will describe what those patterns suggest about your developmental edges. The assessment takes approximately twenty minutes and asks you to consider how frequently each statement reflects your actual experience, including the dimensions of yourself you may not have examined recently.

Honesty matters considerably more than ideal answers. The report becomes useful only when your responses reflect what you actually do, and not what you would prefer to be doing. None of the statements you encounter are designed to produce a particular response, and the absence of socially desirable framing is intentional. The patterns the assessment surfaces are formed slowly across years of professional life, and the configuration visible in your responses today reflects the cumulative shape of your leadership development to this point.
